SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
We try our best to ship all orders within 2 business days of when orders are received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All orders are shipping via UPS. Ground shipping may take 7-9 business days to arrive once shipped. Free shipping is available on orders over $200. Orders shipped to Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
WHAT IS “ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED” ON DELIVERY? WHY IS IT REQUIRED?
Delta Vine uses “Adult Signature Required” on delivery services when shipping to locations where it is required by law (because our product is 21-plus). When an order is shipped with “Adult Signature Required” service, the person who signs for the package must verify that he or she is at least 21 years old.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the nature of our product, Delta Vine does not ship internationally.
RETURNS
We want you to love every sip of Delta Vine. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns or replacements within 30 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
To start a return, email us at Hello@deltavine.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photo proof showing the damaged or incorrect product
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through enjoydeltavine.com.
- Because our products contain consumable ingredients, we unfortunately cannot accept opened or partially used products.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account once processed.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met.
